If you’ve already reviewed the deposit, payment and cancellation policies for your top-choice trip, we encourage you to complete a Reservation Request, and one of our experienced, knowledgeable and kind reservations specialists will check availability and respond to you promptly. Our team will do our best to respond to you within 24 hours of your online request (within 48 hours if you submit your request during the weekend).
Our team will communicate with you in whatever way is most comfortable to you – by email or phone correspondence. You’ll notice our reservations process is not fully automated and will not require you submit a credit card number online. This is an intentional choice, as we feel the best way to ensure you’ve selected the perfect Alaska vacation with us is by interacting with our team before you make a commitment. When you’re ready to confirm your trip, our team will safely and securely assist with your deposit details.
