Kenai River Sportfishing Lodge

First Night: We will pick you up in Anchorage in the afternoon between 2p.m. and 3p.m. (exact times to be specified at time of booking, depending on your pickup point). Depart the city for a scenic two-hour drive to Cooper Landing, home of the Kenai River Sportfishing Lodge. Upon arrival, you'll be greeted for an orientation and tour of our property with time to settle into your cabin before dinner. Briefed by our seasoned fishing staff on what to expect over the next few days, settle into your comfortable cabin for the night prepared for tomorrow's fishing adventure. Days 1- 7: Fishing days, as selected, are based from the Kenai River Sportfishing Lodge. Your fishing options will be scheduled in advance of your visit. Fish up to eight hours per day with other anglers (accomplished to novice) and our experienced and friendly guides on the upper and lower Kenai River. We also arrange for Halibut charters, as well as Coho salmon fishing in Resurrection Bay depending on the season, and special fly-out fishing adventures. Your fishing options and destinations will be scheduled in advance of your visit.(B,L,D)

Last Day: After a farewell breakfast, return to Anchorage via shuttle arriving by noon. We can drop you off at the Anchorage Airport or your Anchorage-area hotel.(B)

DEPARTURE: You will be shuttled to Anchorage on the last day of your trip, arriving by noon. We begin drop-offs at the Anchorage Airport. If you plan to spend this night in Anchorage, we will drop you off at your hotel after this time. See your section of your Trip Planning Materials for recommended lodging. If you choose to fly home this day, we suggest you book a flight that departs after 3:00 p.m., in case of possible transportation delays.

Note: We do not expect any major changes from this schedule. However, in the spirit of adventure, we allow our itinerary to remain flexible so that we may take advantage of spontaneous events.

*Trip Price: Prices are in U.S. dollars, per person, double occupancy, plus tax. For triple and quad, deduct $25 per person per night. For single, add 50% to cost of double.

Trip price includes pick-up and return transportation to Anchorage, best of gear and equipment, meals as noted above in detailed itinerary, lodging as noted, and guided activities as noted. Trip price does not include Borough tax, fishing license, beer, wine, or liquor, or gratuities to staff.
