Denali Kantishna Explorer: From our point of view, the key to having a quality Denali experience is to spend at least three nights in the Kantishna region, deep within the wilderness preserve and well away from the crowded Denali Park entrance. All transportation from Anchorage, accommodations and most meals and activities are included in this unguided Alaska adventure package.

Denali Kantishna Adventure: Camp Denali, one of the first nature lodges in Alaska (1951), features a unique hillside location that offers guests views of Mt. McKinley and the Alaska Range (weather permitting). Private guest cabins feature a comfortable, yet rustic, setting, with wood-burning stoves and propane lighting. Each cabin has a private outhouse, with a modern central bathhouse area near the lodge providing hot showers, changing rooms and other conveniences of home.

Lindblad Expeditions: Since 1982, this Alaska tour has explored the magnificent Inside Passage with a small number of guests in the company of naturalists with a full day spent in Glacier Bay National Park.

Discovery Voyages : The Kayak and Hiking Voyage features longer hikes and sea kayaking excursions catering to those seeking a more physical experience with Alaska's natural world: trek mountain meadows of this magnificent area and smell the wildflowers, dip kayak paddles in pristine saltwater, and capture secret moments of solitude with the abundant marine life whom call Prince William Sound Home. All activities are guided and offer the flexibility to cater to a varying degrees of physical activity. That said, this trip does lend itself to those seeking active adventure.

Bear Viewing at Redoubt Bay : This lodge offers the only accommodations on a 171,000 acre critical habitat area that's home to resident bears. This small, rustic lodge sits on a knoll overlooking Big River Lakes, a chain of lakes whose waters are host to sockeye and Coho salmon runs. This add-on can easily be added to any of our AWA trips.

Barrow - Nome Arctic Tours: Nome & Barrow are two exciting Alaska destinations that you won't want to miss when planning your vacation. Each city is rich in cultural history, tradition, and spectacular landscapes that will leave you with an unforgettable view of Alaska.

Arctic Ocean Adventures: Travel to the shores of the Arctic Ocean along the rugged and extremely remote Dalton Highway to Prudhoe Bay. You will make several crossings along the way: the Yukon River; the Arctic Circle; and the Brooks Mountain range. There are many opportunities for wildlife sightings including grizzly bears, caribou, and the unique musk ox. Arrive at the Arctic Ocean, and tour the start of the Trans-Alaska Pipeline.
